Easy Returns Policy
In case of returns due to any defect on product or caused by the shipment, you can return the product you received within 5 days from the delivery date. The product you will return must be undamaged, unused and not damaged as a result of misuse. You can send the product/products you want to return with all accessories and original box by filling out the return form on the back of your invoice. Returns of disposable products and products that deteriorate rapidly or are likely to expire are not accepted. Products that are not suitable for return due to direct skin contact in terms of hygiene and health. (Underwear, swimwear, bikini, socks, sea shorts, etc.) are not refundable any other products which are not related to hygiene can only be returned if their packaging is unopened, untested, intact and unused. The cost of the returned product/products is returned to your credit card from the moment the products arrive at the warehouse, after checking their compliance with the return conditions. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days for your refund.
